Maegan is an artist, materials engineer, pharmacologist, and MD-PhD Scholar from Miami, Florida. Passionate about the human experience, Maegan strives to craft multidisciplinary tools and approaches that increase patient autonomy and quality of life. In the BEAT Cancer lab, she is characterizing evolutionary based therapies for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma using mathematical modeling and multi-cellular culture. Outside of science and medicine, Maegan enjoys plein air painting, pottery, gardening, scuba diving, and board games with friends.
